WHOLESALE TERMS : By submitting your order, you are certifying that you are ordering for a legitimate business and are recognized at the federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale. 

 

ORDERING: Orders are placed via Salt lobster co retail website, you will receive a code that discounts the retail prices shown to wholesale pricing at checkout. Salt lobster co makes all items to order, please allow 1-3 weeks turnaround time. For quicker turnaround accommodations please contact us at time of ordering to discuss.

TERMS: All first time orders are placed on pre paid terms. Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. Net 30 day terms may be applicable after 3 orders.

RETURNS: wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged, except for the following exceptions:

DAMAGES/ DEFECTS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. please contact saltlobsterco@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt if you have any issues with an item. Returned defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise of the same item. Returns will only be accepted for up to15 days after receipt.
