When will my order ship

Please note: all items are handmade to order and will ship within 7-10 days. You will receive a tracking email when the items dispatches. if you need an item quickly please contact saltlobsterco@gmail.com to make arrangements.

All items are sent to you via priority/insured mail, and are our responsibility until marked as delivered via tracking. Very occasionally items are lost or damaged. If for any reason the item does not arrive in a timely manner or is damaged please let us know asap so that we can resolve any issue. 

What is your online return policy?

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom ordered items cannot be returned, Discounted/special promo items are considered final sale

If you are returning any item, please email us to co-ordinate the return. We suggest you send returns priority/insured mail, as we will not be responsible for lost/Damaged items.
